Vehicle Requirements
Your vehicle must be on a leveled asphalt or cement surface for safety.
Oil Changes
If the drain plug stops upon removal, we will be unable to perform the oil change and will advise you to visit an auto shop for drain pan repairs. In this case, the deposit will be waived.
Fluid Top-offs
If the fluid is a different color than the standard requirements, we will be unable to perform the fluid top-off service.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any potential charges.
Liability for Damage
While we take necessary precautions to protect your vehicle, we cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Work Environment
We require a safe and accessible working area to perform repairs, including adequate lighting and space to access the vehicle.
Limited Repair Capabilities
Due to our mobile nature, certain complex repairs may not be possible on-site and may require a trip to an auto repair shop.
Parts Sourcing
We only use quality replacement parts, but we are not responsible for any defects or issues related to parts not sourced directly by us.
Refunds
Refunds via online payment may take 3 or more business days depending on your bank.
Service Policy & Liability Disclaimer
If the customer supplies the wrong parts, the appointment will be treated as a non-service and travel fee will not be refundable. Any deposits made prior to service are refundable.
We do not warranty parts supplied by the customer.
Travel fees are based on miles out of Salisbury, NC. Travel fees vary upon location. This cost will be included with the final quote cost upon customer inquiry. Travel fees and/or deposits must be paid up front prior to service via cash app or venmo.
