Can I bring my own parts?

Yes, we allow customers to provide their own parts under the following conditions:

- Customers may supply parts for all listed services except the oil & filter for oil change services.
- If the customer supplies the wrong parts, the appointment will be treated as a non-service and travel fee will not be refundable. Any deposits made prior to service are refundable.

Are the parts warrantied?

- We do not warranty parts supplied by the customer.
- Example: If a customer supplies a defective part, or it fails shortly after installation, this will be treated as a non-service and travel fee will not be refundable.

How far do you travel?

Based out of Salisbury, NC I serve Cabarrus, Rowan and Davidson counties. Travel fees vary upon location. This cost will be included with the final quote cost upon customer inquiry. Travel fees and/or deposits must be paid up front prior to service via cash app or venmo.

Do you work in all weather conditions?

Unfortunately no, depending on the weather forecast we do not work in extreme weather conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email krownautoelite@gmail.com or text 704-433-1460 ASAP. No-shows, reschedules and/or cancellations that are not communicated to us via email or phone within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit and/or travel fee. If more than 24 hours notice is provided, travel fee and/or deposit will be refunded (may take 3 or more business days depending on bank).
